The Lawn Renovation Services are for those that wish to increase turf thickness of your established lawn with aerating and overseeding or have bare soil and want to start your lawn journey with a bang! At least three (3) weeks prior to the target renovation date, an initial evaluation must be performed to collect lawn measurements and prepare one (1) composite soil test to evaluate the soil nutrient levels. We will then discuss grass seed and fertilizer options to develop the best plan for you. On renovation day, I will help and teach you each step so that you can confidently say that you did the lawn yourself when your friends ask what company you hired!
